Order Process

Share your wallpaper details, including the design name, required dimensions, and any additional customization requirements.
Confirmation:
Upon receiving your request, we will send you a proof image and a quote detailing the total cost. Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Approval:
Once you approve the proof and complete the payment, we initiate production.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of payment, provided production has not started.
Refund Policy:

Custom Products: No refunds are provided for customized orders (e.g., custom-sized murals or bespoke designs).
Defective Products: We will replace any product with defects attributable to Walltrendz.

Production and Delivery

We are committed to delivering your orders and services promptly. However, please note:

Estimated Delivery Times: All quoted delivery times are approximate. Delivery may take up to 30 days from the start of the contract (once payment is received).
Third-Party Delays: We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party courier or postal services.
Packaging: All orders are securely sealed in rigid packaging to ensure they arrive in good condition.
Transit Damage: If the package incurs damage during transit, this must be noted upon delivery and signed as damaged.

Customs and Duties:
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied in the destination country.

Product Inspection and Installation

Inspection Before Installation:

All products must be inspected upon delivery and prior to installation.
Any defects or issues must be reported to Walltrendz immediately. Claims will not be entertained after the product has been used or installed.

Installation Services:

Walltrendz does not provide installation services; we are solely suppliers of wallpapers.
If needed, our customer support team can connect you with local installers in select cities who can install wallpapers on a paid basis.
These installers are independent professionals and are not affiliated with Walltrendz. Therefore, we are not responsible for any issues arising from wall preparation or installation quality.
Installation costs are non-refundable, so ensure the product is in good condition before proceeding.

Responsibility for External Factors:

Walltrendz is not liable for issues caused by:

Wall seepage
Use of chemicals on the wallpaper
External damage after installation

Color and Design Disclaimer

Color Variations:

Slight color differences between prints or batches are normal. Replacements are only offered for significant discrepancies.

Proof vs. Final Product:

Colors may appear differently on screens compared to the final product due to monitor settings.
For critical color matching, request a printed sample before confirming your order. Claims for color differences cannot be made without prior sample approval.
